To request a cancellation, please contact our administrative office directly via Line official @nestbangkok or call +66 99 417 9143. 

Eligibility 

If you provide a cancellation notice at least 48 hours before the start date of the playgroup session, you will be eligible for a full reschedule of any fees paid. 
If you cancel less than 48 hours, you will receive a partial credit on case to case based for the next playgroup session. 
Cancellations received after the specified deadline will not be eligible for a refund. 
 

No-Show Policy 

If your child does not attend the playgroup session without prior notification or a valid reason, it will be considered a “no-show.” 
No refunds will be issued for “no-shows.”
