These collections will be used yo create a Nature Window, a lens that encourage us to appreciate the sky, clouds, creatures, as well a textures, colors and pattern around us differently. Using self decorated rocks, we will discuss things that worry us and normalize such worries with labels of emotions, Lying down, children will be shown how each worry, when not shared with a loved one or a friend, can be heavy on our hearts. We will make our sock dolls, place them on our believes, and experience the magic that come with awareness of our breathing pace, depth, and patterns.
