Terms and Conditions

I undertake and agree to the following term & conditions:

For the health and safety of all, children who are unwell with symptoms such as fever, cough/cold, diarrhea, vomiting, etc, should not attend or participate in any activities at Nest until they have fully recovered. If you or your child are experiencing symptoms of RSV, hand, foot and mouth disease, or other contagious illnesses, please refrain from attending until fully recovered.
Let’s be kind to one another. Inappropriate behavior, such as hitting, biting, bullying, or damaging Nest property will not be tolerated. Families who violate these guidelines may be asked to leave our playgroup.

I also understand and agree that in the event of an emergency, Nest will make every effort to contact me or the designated guardian. If necessary, first aid and emergency medical attention will be administered, and my child may be taken to a suitable hospital for treatment. Nest will not be held responsible in case of any death, injury, or property damage.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and positive environment for all families at Nest by Little Tree Nursery.

I acknowledge and agree to cooperate with the staff of Nest by Little Treehouse Nursery, and comply with the center’s rules and guidelines.
I understand and accept that Nest, its officers, and employees will not be held responsible for any injury or harm to my child while participating in any activities at The Nest or any related activities on EKM6 premises supported by Nest.

I also understand and agree that in the event of an emergency, Nest will make every effort to contact me or the designated guardian. By signing this agreement, I indemnify Nest, its officers, and employees, against any and all claims arising from my child’s participation in Nest’s activities and related events on EKM6 premises. I confirm that I have read and understood this agreement, and agree to its terms and conditions. To ensure maintaining a healthy and safe environment for all of our little ones, we have a strict Well Child Policy. A well child is not reliant on medication such as calpol or tempra (tylenol) for colds and flu. They have a normal appetite, are happy and sociable, do not require isolation from their peers, are well enough to participate in all school activities, and have normal bowel function.
